Steps

First we will take a bowl snd take leftover rice in it then add all the ingredients in it and mix them nicely

Then we will make small ball and give a cutlet shape and keep aside

Then we will take a fry pan and add oil in it when oil get heated then place all the cutlet in the oil an deep fry them in golden brown in colour and then take it out in a plate and spread chahat masala on the top of cutlet and serve with sauce
