Heat ghee in pan and saute jeera.

Add heeng and garam masala powder.

Add dal and cook till it thickens.

Peethi is ready.

Combine all ingredients well in a bowl.

Knead a smooth dough.

Cover it and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

Make small roll from dough and fill peethi in it.

Half fry it on medium flame.

At the time of serving, again fry it.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
