Ingredients

10 minuets
15-18 servings
  • 1 cupleftover rice
  • 2 tspbesan flour(senaga pindi)
  • 6curry leaves
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • to tastesalt
  • oil for deep fry
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 1 tspjwari flour
  • 1 tspwheat flour
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram massla
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First take thick bottomed pan and put oil for deep fry.

  2. 2

    In the mean time,take a bowl add cooked rice,3 type of flour,add all masalas and curry leaves,coriander,salt mix it well.

    Take little portion make round balls and press it with hand to make round flat vada make all vadas like this.

    Check whether the oil heated.drop vadas into oil cook it in medium flame so that inner portion to get cooked well.
    take onto tissue paper.

    Your bhatoda is ready.serve it sauce,curd....etc
