Steps

Cut the fillet into finger like shapes

Marinate the fillets using garlic,ginger,lemon juice,and black pepper

Mean while prepare the flour add cinnamon to improve on taste,egg whites and bread crumbs

Put the fillets in the flour then in the egg whites then coat with the bread crumbs.repeat the process to all the fillets

Deep fry them in the oil below smoking point

Serve with tartare sauce
