Stir-fried shredded pork and black fungus

Shred 100g lean pork. Add marinades. Stir well. Set aside. Whisk 3 eggs. Shred 40g black fungus. Chop 1 sprig spring onion

Heat oil in a wok. Sauté 1 tsp minced garlic until fragrant. Sauté pork and black fungus. Add seasonings. Stir well. Dish.

Heat oil in the wok. Sauté eggs until medium cooked. Add ingredients back to the wok. Sauté quickly. Sprinkle with 1 chopped sprig spring onion. Serve.
