Ingredients

  • 2family size bags of spinach
  • 5 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 10 clovesgarlic
  • to tasteSalt to your preference

Steps

    Coat skillet with olive oil on medium high heat

  2. 2

    Slice thinly about 10 peeled garlic pieces (again your preference) and add to skillet

    When garlic is slightly browned add bag of spinach season with salt cover with lid and stir periodically COOKS FAST cook on med high heat

    When spinach is to desired tenderness turn heat off cover with lid and serve hot!

    I just wanted to add that cooking this in a cast iron skillet really enhances flavor!

Yes! This is it! I added too much salt (pink) the last time, which is easy to do! I'm making a double batch, right now, to have with my steak! I have a cool trick for the olive oil. I roast a peeled bulb of garlic , then put it in a jar and top off with the oil. You'll have garlic infused olive oil anytime! Make sure to keep it refrigerated, though. It lasts a long, long time!
