In a mixing bowl add leftover pea potato dry veg with onion, capsicum and coriander, green chilli, garlic paste and give it a good mix.

Then add salt, red chilli powder and dry mango powder. You can also add more spices of your choice like garam masala etc.

Mix all ingredients well. Your stuffing is now ready.

Now take a slice of bread and sprinkle some water over it and squeeze extra water by pressing it with ur palm.

Then put the stuffing in a desired quantity in the center and fold all corners toward the center.

Secure the sides properly otherwise stuffing will come out while frying.

Repeat the process with all the piece of bread.

Put it in fridge for 15 to 20 minute.

Then heat the oil for frying and deep fry all your bread packs till golden brown from both sides.

Remove it from oil on kitchen towel or tissue paper to absorb all extra oil.

Enjoy hot with your favourite dip.
