First grind all nankeen and heat 1 tbsp oil and fry nankeen. When it's cool add all spice.

Now add 4 tbsp oil in maida and make a soft dough.

Rest it for 10 minutes.

Now make small balls of dough.

Take a ball and flat it and fill the filling.

Now roll it.

Heat the oil on medium flame and fry it on medium low flame.

Serve it with aalo subji.
