Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked daal
  2. 1 cupcooked rice
  3. For stuffing
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. Pinchhing
  6. 1 tspjeera and rai
  7. 2 tbspchopped onion
  8. 2 tbspchopped tomato
  9. 1green chilli
  10. 1/2 cuppaneer cubes
  11. as neededCoriander leaves
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  15. 1 tspgaram masala
  16. 2 tbspflour
  17. as neededWater
  18. 1 cupbread crumbs
  19. as neededOil for frying

Steps

    Heat daal and cook till thick

  2. 2

    Add rice,salt and coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Transfer in a tray

  4. 4

    Spread evenly and keep in freeze for half an hour

  5. 5

    Heat oil in same pan

  6. 6

    Add jeera,hing and onion

  7. 7

    Add garlic and saute all of them

  8. 8

    Add tomato and chilli

  9. 9

    Cook and add paneer cubes

  10. 10

    Add coriander leaves and spices

  11. 11

    Mix all and our stuffing is ready

  12. 12

    Take out daal chaawal mix from freeze

  13. 13

    Take some mix in hand fill with stuffing

    Cover from all sides and make ball

  15. 15

    Prepare all balls in same way

  16. 16

    Take flour and water make slurry

  17. 17

    Take one bite dip in slurry and roll it in bread crumbs

  18. 18

    Fry in hot oil

  19. 19

    Serve with kachumber,papad and chutney
