Except wheat flour and oil, mix all the other ingredients

Mix wheat flour without adding any water. Add two spoon oil and make into medium soft dough. Rest for about 15 minutes

Make dumplings and roll out into thin parathas

Bake on hot tawa without applying oil on both sides

Baking with oil on both sides

Yummy protein filled paratha is ready. Serve hot with onion rings, green chillies and curd with chat masala.
