Steps

Take leftover rotis, cut into triangle pieces and deep fry in hot oil till light golden brown and crisp. Sprinkle little salt and red chilli powder over it. Roti nachos is ready.

Mix all ingredients mentioned in "for raw salsa".

In a pan heat butter. Add wheat flour and roast it properly

Add milk and stir continuously. Take care of lumps should not be form.

When mixture becomes slightly thick add grated cheese and cook till it melts.

Add salt, black pepper powder and chilli flakes. Mix well. Cook till get desired consistency. Cheese sauce is ready.

Assembling:- take fried roti nachos in plate. Apply raw salsa over it. Pour cheese sauce over it and enjoy.
