Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3tomatoes cut in 4's
  • 1-2tsps of mixed herbs
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • small cube of butter (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 1 tsp of oil in high~med heat. When pan is hot place tomatoes and saute for 1 min. Add mix herbs and salt. Mix and Saute for another 1~3mins depends on the required softness. If add Butter place it in at the last min. Taste if ok its Done! Quick and Easy!
