Steps

Take Besan and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1 pinch baking Soda and mix well.

Now add some water and make smooth paste of it and let it rest.

Take a bowl and put leftover pulav, mashed potatoes and chopped onion, green coriander, chat masala, red chilli powder and mix well and make small balls.

Now heat oil and then dip the balls in Besan batter and fry it.

Veg pulav vada ready. Serve with chai and chutney.
