Ingredients

24-30 small cookies
  1. 100 gmbutter (salted)
  2. 1 cupwhole wheat or multi grain flour
  3. 1/2 cupMaida
  4. 1/4 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 cuphoney
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. 1 1/2 cupoats, leftover breakfast cereal crumbs
  8. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. 1/4 cupnuts or raisins or chocochips (optional)
  10. 1 tspCinnamon powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add honey and milk and blend well.

  3. 3

    Mix the dry ingredients (flours, baking powder, cinnamon powder, oats, leftover crumbs).

  4. 4

    Add dry ingredients to the butter, sugar, honey, and milk mix, and gently fold.

  5. 5

    Bring the dough together gently, cover in cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins.

  6. 6

    Preheat the oven to 170 degree C and prepare the cookie tray.

  7. 7

    Make small flat cookies and place them on the cookie tray (little away from each other).

  8. 8

    Bake for 15-20 mins. Cool and serve. Store in an airtight box.
