Ingredients

  • 1red cabbage (sliced)
  • 1onion (sliced)
  • 70 gsoft brown sugar
  • 70 mlcider vinegar
  • 150 mlred wine
  • 75 glardons
  • 1small apple (peeled and diced)
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 20 gbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything to a large saucepan with a lid and season well. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat and cook for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
