1 cupDosa batter
1 cupmasala (potato onion)
1 tspkaarampodi or molgapodi
1 tspoil

Mix kaarampodi in the batter. As it is left over batter it already had salt.

Make balls of left over masala.

Cover masala balls with Dosa batter.

Cook in appam patra.

Serve new variation of masala Dosa with chutney or sambhar.
