Combine soups, salt and pepper in crockpot and stir together. I use a liner in my crockpot to avoid the mess.

Add chicken breasts to crockpot, flipping to coat.

Cook on low for 4.5 - 5 hours.

Remove chicken from crockpot and set aside. Add corn starch to mixture in crockpot and whisk to mix. Cook for 15 more minutes.

Add chicken to crockpot, stir to coat and serve!

This can be served over rice, potatoes, or on a sandwich!
