Wash all the ingredients and peel off the carrot and apple

Shred your cabbage and put in a glass bowl

Shred your apple and put it in salty water to retain it's colour

Great the carrot and add mix them with the cabbage

Then drain the apple and mix well and add the lemon juice and pinch of salt

Cover it with cling foil and put it in the fridge

Serve it with other dishes or eat it alone
