Spinach (washed and cut)
Onion
Red pepper
Yellow pepper
Mushroom sauce
White sauce

Steps

Fry onions and peppers, add spinach

Season with salt and pepper

Mix a spoon of white sauce and a spoon of mushroom sauce, add a little water and stir.

Pour the sauce mixture into the spinach, allow it to simmer and serve.
