Divide leftover roti into small pieces with the help of your hands.

Now heat a wok. Once heated add ghee in it.

When ghee melted add roti pieces in it. Fry it for 2 or 3 minutes

After 3 minutes add sugar in it and mix well until sugar dissolve.

Now pour milk and chopped dry fruits and stir continuously.

When milk completely dried up switch off the flame.

Your leftover roti halwa is ready. Serve it hot.
