Dal stuffed paratha

Add chopped coriander to the left over cooked dal and make balls

Mix wheat flour, salt, turmeric little oil and water to make soft dough. After twenty minutes roll out into chapaties

Keep the dal ball on the rolled chapati and cover as shown in the pic. Make all the balls

Roll the paratha a little bit thick one by one. Don't roll the paratha all at once

Bake on hot tawa on both sides applying oil. Sprinkle chat masala when done

Serve hot with curds or raita
