Tangy Mango Marinade Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori chicken is chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven. It is a popular dish from the Indian subcontinent and has become sought-after in other parts of the world.but here i have done the marination with the mango.

Tandoori chicken is chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven. It is a popular dish from the Indian subcontinent and has become sought-after in other parts of the world.but here i have done the marination with the mango.

Make bite size pieces of the chicken.Add cornstarch and salt to it and let it rest for 5-7 minutes.

Mash the mango and make mango juice for marinade.

Mix mashed mango and juice and sugar. Marinate chicken in this sauce and keep it for at least 1-2 hours.

Heat oil in a wok and sauté the spring onion and garlic. Add spices(you require)

Add marinated chicken and mix it well.
Preheat oven at 425 °F. - 6
Bake it in oven for 25-30 minutes.
Take it out for platting and pour remaining marinade over it or mango sauce over it. Garnish with mint leaves,
