  • 1 pinchBaking powder
  • 3/4 cupPineapple puree
  • Water 1/2 cup or less
  • For syrup:::::---
  • 2 tbspWater
  • 8 tbspSugar
  • Rose petals

Steps

10 Minutes
  1. 1

    Take 4 tbsp of all purpose flour in a bowl

    ADD 2 TBSP OF SOOJI(Semolina)

    Add a pinch of baking powder

    Add 3/4 cup of pineapple puree nd water to set consistency
    batter is ready

    Add 1/2 ladle fill onto a well greased pan

    Flip to other side when one side turns golden

    Dip it in rose water syrup(2 tbsp of water nd 8 tbsp of sugar and rose petals.
