Chivda
Maharashtrian recipe. Very healthy snack.
Steps

Sieve the poha well. In a large kadhai(pan) dry roast the poha on low heat till it become crispy. Keep the roasted poha aside.

Now add 4 tbs oil in a pan and fry peanuts, roasted chana, coconut slices individually and keep aside.

Add 2 tbs oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it started splutter add cumin seeds. Then add turmeric,asafoetida,chopped green chillies. Fry green chillies till it becomes crispy. Then add curry leaves and fry till becomes crispy.

Now add poppy seeds, sesame seeds and fry well. Add red chilli powder then add poha, rest of the fried ingredients and gently mix it.

Then add cumin seeds powder,coriander powder, sugar powder, citric acid powder and salt. Mix well

Roast it for 10 minutes on low flame. Turn off the gas and mix well.

Poha chivda is ready. When it cool down completely store in air tight container.
