Soak dal for 2 hours

Peel potato and gourd now grated it take a pressure cooker now add dal and granted vegetables add 1sppon salt and one spoon turmeric powder nd2 glass water and cover the lid

Boil it for 35 minutes

Now take a pan heat and add oil and heat it add mustard seed add onion and tomato, add 1spoon salt, red chilli powder and dry Mango powder and imli water

Add it in the boil vegetables cooker and cover the lid cook it for 10minutes

Now sambhar is ready
