Ingredients

15 minutes

3to4person

2 cupleftover rice mashed
2 tbsproasted coarsely powder peanut
1boiled grated potato
1finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped capsicum
1 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chilli
1/2 tspginger paste
2 tbspcorn flour
to tasteSalt
1 tspchhat masala
as neededOil for shallow fry
as neededTomato ketchup for serving

Combine all the ingredients for tikki and mix well.

Divide mixture into equal portions and shape into a flattened round tikki.

Coat each tikki in a breadcrumbs.

Heat tawa and shallow fry tikki both sides till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
