Ingredients

15 minutes
3to4person
  • 2 cupleftover rice mashed
  • 2 tbsproasted coarsely powder peanut
  • 1boiled grated potato
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchhat masala
  • as neededOil for shallow fry
  • as neededTomato ketchup for serving

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients for tikki and mix well.

  2. 2

    Divide mixture into equal portions and shape into a flattened round tikki.

  3. 3

    Coat each tikki in a breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Heat tawa and shallow fry tikki both sides till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
