Steps

Heat oil and fry the florets and Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft

Ina other pan temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas

Now add masala paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

As the raw smell disappears add tomato and red chilli Powder and mix
- 5
Now add the Potatoes and florets and combine well
- 6
Add boiled peas and keep stiring
- 7
Add warm water and simmer till the Potatoes and florets become soft
- 8
Add sugar,ghee and garam masala
- 9
Serve it with rice or chapati
