Melt chocolate NOTE . DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO YOUR CHOCLATE . Just put it in a double boiler and let it gradually melt. Adding anything to it like milk will prevent it from hardening. Remember it is a topping for cakes etc .

You can mix white and normal or just dark chocolate and make a marble effect ...be creative...pour the chocolate on the bubble wrap paper and tap down a couple times . Put in the fridge to freeze

Once its all set slowly separate from bubble wrap . Deco is ready
- 4
Once all set carefully separate the chocolate from the bubble wrap . Your deco is ready
