  • 3 lbsnew potatoes cubed
  • 1 bagbaby carrots
  • 2big onions rough chop
  • 15whole jalapenos capped
  • 32 ozsweet baby ray bbq sauce
  • 1bottle of beer
  • big foil roasting pan
  • slap yo mama cajun seasoning

    Mix all ingredients together and cook on smoker for 2 hours uncovered and then cook 2 more covered tell all ingredients are fully cooked
