  4. 3 lbsnew potatoes cubed
  5. 1 bagbaby carrots
  6. 2big onions rough chop
  7. 15whole jalapenos capped
  8. 32 ozsweet baby ray bbq sauce
  9. 1bottle of beer
  10. big foil roasting pan
  11. slap yo mama cajun seasoning

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together and cook on smoker for 2 hours uncovered and then cook 2 more covered tell all ingredients are fully cooked
