Ingredients

  1. 6 stickscinnamon, curled type
  2. 4 cupshot water
  3. Walnuts coarsely chopped for garnishing
  4. Sugar (according to preference)

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot or sauce pan, put water and cinnamon sticks, bring to boil over high heat then reduce heat and simmer for 30minutes, covered. Liquid will reduce about ½ cup or more.

    Remove cinnamon sticks, pour in serving cups. Add 2 tsp sugar for each cup (more or less according to preference).

  3. 3

    Garnish with walnuts and serve.
