Take all the ingredients for Springroll sheets and make a dough with a little water like one of chapati.

2. Make small round balls like of Puris and then roll them to the size of Puris.

Take One Puri and spread some oil on it.

Take another Puri of the same size and press it over the first one.

Roll it again to make a Puri larger than the average Puri size.

Roast this bigger Puri on a pan for around 30 seconds.

Separate and open both Puris quickly when hot to have crispy sheets.Repeat for all sheets and now your springroll sheets are ready.

Take 1 1/2 tbsp Oil on a pan and add Garlic Paste,Julian chopped Onions and cook for some minutes on a fast gas.

Now add Ginger Paste,Chopped Cabbage,grated carrot,sprouted Moong,Salt per taste and cook by tossing for 2 minutes.

Add the Julian Chopped Capsicum,Green chilli paste,Soya sauce,Vinegar and mix on a fast gas.

Alter the taste as per your taste and don't let it soften and keep it crispy.

Your stuffing is ready.

Once it cools down put it in the springroll sheets about 1/2 tbsp Stuffing.

Take 2 tbsp Maida and add some water and make a batter.

Stick the corners of the sheet as seen in the pictures.

Give a springroll shape to it and fry them till crispy.

Serve with Red Chilli Sauce or any preferred Soup.
