Prep the night before.

In a 13x9 dish, line bottom with croutons. Cook sausage and drain. Add evenly over croutons. In a bowl, blend 2 ½ cups milk, mustard, cream of mushroom soup, 4 eggs. Pour over croutons/sausage and top with 2 cups of sharp cheddar. Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 300°F. Bake for 1 hour.
