Boil all the vegetables and smash it properly

Add onion chopped 1 katori fry

Add tomatoes pureed and salt fry

Add the spices and fry

Add the smashed vegetables

Cook till everything becomes finely cooked

Roast the pav with butter

Serve the bhaji with pav

Decorate the bhaji with butter and coriander leaves,onion chopped and lemon slices
