Grind the leftover rice with butterscotch essence. You can also use rose or orange essence.

Knead the ground rice with 1/2 tsp of ghee to make a smooth dough.

Dry roast urad dal. Let it cool. Grind it along with sugar and sieve it.

Warm the ghee and add it to the dal and sugar mixture. Make small laddus.

Make out small bowls with the rice dough and place the laddus in the centre, secure it and place it in a plate.

Melt some white chocolate and pour it over it. After few minutes pour the fudge sauce. Use other decorations if needed.

The usage of rice gives texture and also gives a break from the sweetness of the laddu. Makes the laddus look eye appealing. The butterscotch essence in the rice dough also adds uniqueness.
