Firstly Knead the dough and keep covered for atleast 30 mins...

Now coarsely grind garlic ginger and green chillies altogether.
Now finely chop the veggies. - 4
Heat 1 tbsp oil add ginger garlic paste saute for few seconds...

Add onion and saute till pinkish add all the veggies and cook on low flame till they r tender...

Now add salt and black pepper anf mix well..

Now divide the dough into 2 equal parts a make a long log and cut into equal pieces keep dem into a moist cloth...

Take 1 piece and roll it by dusting it little with dry maida..

Put 1 tbsp of filling and give the desired shape... like gujiya or modak..

Now keep water for boiling and steam in a idli steamer or a cooker for 8_ 10 mins
Enjoy hot sauce.
