Mix all the ingredients for dumplings.

Make small balls and keep aside.

Combine the tomatoes green chilli,garlic, ginger into a smooth puree.

Heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds mustard seeds.

When the seeds crackle, add curry leaves,red chilli,hing.

Then add the tomato puree mixture and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Then add buttermilk and all masala and mix well.

Then add dumplings and simmer for 7minutes.

Cook until the dumplings are cooked and gravy become thick.

Serve hot, manish with cream and coriander leaves.

Serve with rice or chapati.
