Steps

Dice paneer and veggies

Mix paneer,onion, capsicum, tomato, ginger garlic paste,hung curd,ajwain, mustard oil,salt and black pepper.

Marinate them together for atleast 6hrs.

Divide them in 3 proportions.1st part as it is.

Add pinch of red colour in 2nd part

Add mint coriander chutney in 3rd part.

Now set them in skewers

In a non stick pan, heat butter. Keep these sticks

Sprinkle lots of chaat masala on top before serving.

Serve hot with chutney and onion rings.
