Ingredients

  1. 2oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 2 1/2 cupssugar
  4. 1/4 cuporange zest or small pieces of orange peel
  5. Zest of one lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan, put the orange pieces and then add the water and leave to boil a little bit. Then add sugar and lemon zest, stirring constantly.

  2. 2

    Add the orange zest and stir well and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes until texture is like jello.
