Steps

Cook sushi rice following package instructions. Usually equal amounts of rice and water. Rinse the rice first.

Cut chicken add to bowl with teriyaki sauce. Leave for 30 mins then cook.

Once rice has cooled add sushi rice wine vinegar and mix
- 4
Lay out Glad wrap on bench top and add rice in a thin layer in a circle
- 5
Add cooked chicken, avocado and mayonnaise into the center of the rice. Pick up the sides of the glad wrap and form a ball with the rice covering all of the middle filling
