Ingredients

  1. 1big bowl bow pasta
  2. 1small bunch mint leaves
  3. 1small bunch coriander leaves
  4. 2greenchillies
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 15-20garlic cloves
  7. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  8. 1 tbstomato ketchup
  9. Cheese as much as u want
  10. 2 tbsMaida
  11. 1 cupmilk
  12. 2 tbsbutter
  13. 2 tbsolive oil
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  16. 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pasta in hot water by adding salt and drops of oil. Strain and run into cold water to prevent sticky.

  2. 2

    For making green colour grind mint, coriander, greenchillies,salt,ginger garlic and drops of lemon juice. Grind into smooth paste and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Take a kadai add little butter and oil then add green grinded puree cook adjust salt add grated cheese cook it mix well then add boiled pasta and give a nice mix. Green pasta is ready.

    For white colour take a kadai add butter and olive oil then add Maida stir for 1-2 mins till you get nice aroma then add milk and stir continuously to prevent lumps, add salt, cheese and black pepper.Finally add boiled pasta mix well. White pasta is ready.

  5. 5

    For orange colour. In a kadai take butter and oil then add chopped garlic saute then add finely chopped onion cook till it turns into pinkish colour, then add red chilli Powder, salt,cheese and ketchup. Cook well and mix boiled pasta into it give a nice mix. Red pasta is ready.

  6. 6

    Take a plate and serve.
