  1. 4 CupsSweet Corn
  2. 4 TbspButter
  3. 1Lime
  4. 1 TbspChilli Powder
  5. Optional: 1/4 Cup Mexican queso crumbles

Steps

5 Minutes
  1. 1

    Cook corn.

  2. 2

    Drain any excess water.

  3. 3

    Add butter and stir until melted.

  4. 4

    Add juice of 1 Lime. Stir again.

  5. 5

    Add 1 Tbsp of Chilli Powder. Stir well.

  6. 6

    Serve.

  7. 7

    Optional: top with crumbles of Mexican queso.
