IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR OWN PASTRY: Grate butter in a bowl. Add flour and use the tips of your fingers to rub the ingredients together into a breadcrumb consistency. Add water and roll into a ball. Leave in the fridge to chill for 30mins.

Chop red peppers into small cubes. Fry off in the oil for 5 mins, until soft and brown.

PRE-BOUGHT OR ONCE YOURS HAS CHILLED: Roll out your pastry to 1cm thick. Line into your pastry dish. Score the bottom of the pastry and place in the oven at 150C for 15 mins

Beat eggs, tomato purée and roasted peppers in a dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Take the quiche pastry out of the oven. Pour in your filling and place back in the oven at 200C for 25 mins.
