Ingredients

  1. 25-30fresh bittergourd leaf
  2. 2-3 tea spoonArwa Rice
  3. 4-5 tea spoongram flour
  4. 2-3green chilli
  5. 2medium size onion
  6. Few termeric powder
  7. Salt As required
  8. as neededSafola gold oil
  9. 2-3Finely chopped garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Take Arwa Rice in a bowl add normal water & kept for one hour. After then take out from water & grind well

  2. 2

    Now cut all bittergourd leaf, onion & green chilli in very small pieces. Add rice paste, gram flour, termeric powder, chopped garlic & salt and mix well to make thick paste.

  3. 3

    Heat the tava on the stove apply 1 Teaspoon oil firmly and pour some mixture on it to make a thick coat in round shape.

  4. 4

    Roast till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with any sauce.
