1brinjal sliced
3-4gourd sliced
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspmustard seeds
1red chilli whole
1-2 strandcoriander leaves
1green chilli
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper mustard seeds and red chilli whole
2

Add gourd slices and saute well
3

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover
4

Now add the brinjal slices saute and cover till it become soft
5

Add sugar and mix well
6

Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli
7

Serve it with rice
