Steps

Heat oil in a wok. Marinate the fish pieces with salt,turmeric powder and deep fry in oil. Keep aside.

Add the sliced onions in the hot oil.Saute till golden. Now add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric, mustard paste,green chilli paste,tomato puree and salt to taste.Fry for sometime or till the oil separate from the masala.

Add the fish pieces. Mix gently.

Now add some water and cook covered till done.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice.
