Steps

Peel,cut and fry all arbi pieces into medium hot oil.

After take a kadai and add oil and jeera, crackle it and green chilli fry it for a minute now add onion after 3-4 min add tomatoes cook until soft.

After add all masala and fried arbi mix well.

Cook again 3-4 min.

Serve with chapati or prantha.
