Firstly peel potatoes and cut into thin round slices and keep in salt water.

Now make a besan batter by adding salt haldi and red chilli powder by using water.

Make a semi liquid batter.

Now heat oil and dip each piece of potato in besan batter and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown..

Serve hot
