Tricolour uttapam
Steps

In a pan put oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, green chillies, onion and salt to taste.

After onions turn golden brown in colour trasfer them in dosa batter.

Take 2 bowl trasfer some dosa batter and add in orange and green colour and mix well.
- 4
Take a non stick pan and spread batter of uttapam one by one
- 5
Tri colour uttapam is ready. Serve with green sambhar and coconut chutney.
