Beer basted Pork Loin chops

Trim fat from chops and place in an oven tray.

Pour over the beer until just covered, add Black Pepper and a sprinkle of minced Garlic. Leave in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Medium hot oven for about 20minutes. Strain away excess liquid, put back in oven for a further 10 minutes. Take out and enjoy!
