  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 2 tablespoonsthandai powder
  3. 2 tablespoonsSabudana powder
  4. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  6. 1green chilli chopped
  7. To tasteRock Salt
  8. 2 tablespoonsOil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly peeled and mashed potatoes.

    Then in potatoes add, Thandai, Sabudana powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, green chilli, rock salt and mix it nicely.

    Then give any shape and then heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all balls.

    Your pakoda is ready to serve with chutney.
